This machine
allows the cutting of veneer bundles on one side in length. It has a robust structure; the pressure beam and knife
are hydraulically driven. The down speed of the pressure beam and of the knife
is independently adjustable using last generation valves. The
pressure beam is heavy and his width of 340 guarantees an ideal
clamping of any type of veneer. The register is very quickly thanks to sliding
on quality linear guides. The machine is equipped with a manual
square for cuts of different degree. Light green wire indicates
the cutting point on the veneer bundle. Photocells, two-hand controls and
rear fences guarantee to the operator to work in complete safety.
Push-button panel for the cross cutting of the bundles at 90°.
ONE KNIFE GUILLOTINE WITH GLUE UNIT AND MILLING UNIT ALOS
Hydraulic guillotine to cut one side of the veneer bundle along its length, finishing the sheets through a milling unit, and applying glue for subsequent jointing. Application of glue with the veneer bundle stationary and fully pressed. Ideal machine for thickness material from 0.6 mm to 4 mm. Movement of the milling and glue units via state-of-the-art linear motors. Electronic control with customized programs. Ability to vary the rotation and translational speed of the milling unit depending on the processed material. Ability to measure the amount of glue to be applied to the veneer bundle. Ability to work with pvac or urea glue. Ideal for medium production.
