The Crossmaster jointer, hydraulically operated, allows veneer bundles to be glued transversely. This machine offers the possibility of making up to 30 joints per minute and therefore high performance. The machine guarantees excellent jointing even with wavy and thick materials. It is possible to work with both PvaC and Urea glue. The machine is equipped with a simple and functional Siemens touch screen panel. On request it can be equipped with a direct automatic unloader or automatic unloader with trimming and reinforcing paper tape, including a lifting table for accumulating spliced sheets on pallets and subsequent unloading with a forklift. The machine is available in 2800, 3400 and 4000 mm models. It is ideal for large productions of panels, doors and furniture with automated work lines.
